Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life circumstances can change, especially during pregnancy. We've designed our cancellation policy to be fair and accommodating while allowing us to maintain our commitment to all course participants.

Refund Terms:
If you cancel more than 30 days before the class start date, you will receive a full refund minus a $250 administration fee. If you cancel within 30 days of the class start date, no refund is available.

Medical Exceptions:
We recognize that pregnancy can bring unexpected medical situations. In cases of medical necessity that prevent you from attending the class, please contact us to discuss your options. With appropriate medical documentation, we will work with you to find a compassionate solution. This may include transferring to a future class date, alternative arrangements for accessing course content, or refund considerations.

How to Request a Cancellation:
To initiate a cancellation, please email us at info@brittabushnell.com. Be sure to include your name and scheduled class date. If your cancellation is due to a medical reason, let us know in your initial email, and we will guide you through any necessary documentation. We will process your request and respond within 2 business days.
